PROJECTS
A closer look at some of the collaborations and commissions we're proudest of - from stage props for the West End to a canal-side art installation.
NICOLE KIDMAN
Commissioned by the production company to make a replica of the camera used by Rosalind Franklin to take the first photograph identifying the DNA double helix.
KATY BEINART
Working with Brighton-based artist Katy Beinart to build a replica salthouse pavilion, as part of the Arts on the Waterways project celebrating the canals and histories around Gloucester Docks. The frame was built from mild steel, powder coated black, with internal perspex cladding filled with salt from around the world.

PRIVATE COMMISSION
Brief: design and fabricate an extension to a tree root table base, originally a coffee table, altered to become a dining table. Matt designed a stainless steel base shaped to echo the contour of the wood - the super mirror polish finish picks up the reflection of the root itself.
PREECE BESPOKE
Commissioned by Preece Bespoke to fabricate the bases for two tables, from mirror polished stainless steel - Ric crafted the beautiful wooden tops. The pedestals are hollow, with bracketing to conceal power points and cables within the table itself.
