What we do - our capabilities and portfolio of work
PMF Metalwork provide high quality work for all types of industries from small batches to single brackets, bespoke metalwork and large single piece fabrications. A comprehensive welding facility is available to customers at our Sussex workshop, with welders being highly skilled in the TIG and MIG processes. Owing to the depth of expertise and skill PMF Metalwork are able to produce a broad spectrum of metal products and parts.

Our metalwork manufacturing capabilities include:
- Metal shearing up to 10 feet by ΒΌ inch; (3 metres by 6mm)
- Metal pressing up to 10 feet (3 metres) at 100 tonnes
- Machine Shop Facility
- Sheet metalwork in small and large batch work
- Square to round transition and lobster back metal fabrications
- Welding services also include MIG, TIG and ARC welding facilities
- Stud and spot welding
- Flowdrilling, a thermal drilling process
- Sawing, rolling and cutting
- Fabrications in all metals specialising in aluminium, brass, mild steel & stainless steel
- Fabrications (single piece) up to 3 tonne
- Prototypes or "one-offs" are our speciality, including advice on design
- Fabricating to bespoke designs and commissions
- Finishes include powdercoating, galvanising, metal plating, bead blasting and applied polishes
